holiday home, providing a variety of layouts designed to cater for a
range of lifestyles including variations such as separate or open-plan
kitchens, spacious living rooms, elegant good-sized bedrooms and
luxurious family bathrooms.
Build to high specification with top quality materials, the apartments
will be offered ready to be furnished:
Rooms:
- floors with laminated parquet,
- walls will be smooth-plastered and latex painted;
- windows will have aluminum or PVC frames,
- doors with laminated MDF;
- light outlets;
- electricity;
- socket outlets for household appliances
Bathroom and WC:
- bathroom and toilet with faience and terracotta;

An addition to your convenience will be a swimming pool, bar, medicine
center, beauty and hairdresser parlour and internet hall.
There will be activities relating to the security and maintenance of the
facilities and estates within the complex with aim to provide calm,
normal use and preservation of the apartments will be made against
payment. The annual tax for maintenance and management of the complex
amounts to 7 Euro without VAT per sq.m. per year for the owned built up
area, includes the following services and their expenses:
- Organization of the inner regulations of the buildings and the common
parts and equipments of the complex, helping in any way the owners so
that they to be able to stay calm and undisturbed and to follow their
rights of owners of the apartments and the complex as a whole.
- Technical maintenance of the common parts and equipments of the complex.
- Organizing the outside security of the complex.
- Organizing the sanitary-hygienic and ecological activities in the
complex and the common parts of the buildings.
- Organization and maintenance of the paid services in the complex.
- Payment of the expenses for lighting, ventilation and water of the
common parts.
- Swimming pool.
If the Owner wishes and against additional payment the following
services could be made:
- cleaning apartments, repair apartments, renting cars, ventilation,
maintenance when the owners are away, hiring of yacht places of the
port, using parking places, with the exception of services given in the
wellness center, the swimming pool and services connected with the
comfortable stay of the Owners.
The accomplished construction work is expected to finish till April 2006
for Section A and December 2006 for Section B and Section C. Internal is
being worked at the moment.
The location of Balkan Breeze in Sunny Beach is between sea and
mountain. You can enjoy magnificent sea view from the one side the
southern exposure of mountain slopes from your other side. The beach is
only about 700 m. away. These natural conditions are extremely healthy

PAYMENT PLAN:
Any apartment can be secured for 5 weeks by sending a nonrefundable
deposit of 10% of the price, then you have to send installments
following the scheme:
- 40% of the price or first payment within 5 weeks of the deposit
- 40% of the price or second payment when the building is finished to
shell stage
- 10% of the price once the apartments are completely finished in
exchange of the Title Deeds for the apartment
