The one-storey house is located in the Valley of Roses, 10 km from Kazanlak, on a big street. There are 2 buildings, one of them was built in 1961. The older one has a big and sunny basement, one room and kitchen, but needs repairing and updating. 
The other one has 2 rooms, small kitchen -  big entrance, and a cellar. The garden is 350 sq.m. and has a well.
There is running water inside and outside the house, a septic tank, electricity and GSM network.

The region is beautiful with fresh air and splendid nature.
